Tara National Park is home to the largest brown bear population in Serbia.<\/p>\n
Mountaineering tour from Mitrovec to Banjska stena \u2013 about 35 minutes by van\/bus. from the hotel to Mitrovec na Tara Then he moves on foot, from Mitrovec along the forest path to Banjska stena. The trail is easy, 6 km long in one direction with a cumulative ascent of 200 m. There are three attractive viewpoints on the trail with a view of the Drina River and Lake Peru\u0107ac. From the end point, we walk along the path, then on the gravel road for another 800 meters (10 min. walk in total) to the place where the van\/bus is waiting for the return to Peru\u0107ac, and along the way we stop at a distillery and learn about the process of making brandy. Return by van to hotel \u2013 35 minutes drive.<\/p>\n
